Value Management Approach to Commerical Real-estate Development
Goal: The primary goal was the implication of a parent business organization wanting to accomplish interims of strategies and programs to achieve it's desired goals in the creation of two new commerical realestate business units in two different states.
Results: The cost and management proposal utilized value analysis of the organization to identify critical gaps and therefore needs that needed to be addressed resulting from the critical path analysis of the methodology. The business plan strategy supported market planning, network technology, web development and content design, advertising and promotions market campaign creation, development and implementation, policy and procedure development to successfully implement these initiatives to enhance each business units marketability and profitability.
Measurements: The project was within schedule and met all milestone requirements of the client. The small emerging firm is generating revenue and positioning for future growth.
