Department of Homeland Security SAFECOM Conference
Sphere Value Management Team held a conference with the Department of Homeland Security SAFECOM Command, Control, and Interoperability regarding integrating value mangement prior to the design and deployment of a Statewide Interoperabiltiy Communications System.

Attended the Louisiana Technology Council Homeland Security Forum New Orleans and briefly met with US Senate Mary Landrieu, US Northern Command, Homeland Security and Public Safety New Orleans, State Senator Walter Boasso, Army Corps of Engineers, Louisiana State University Chancellor Sean O'Keefe, Louisiana Army National Guard Maj. Vice Brig Gen. Hunt Downer and Col Ronnie Johnson, along with Panel Discussion with Senator David Vitter, Congressman Bobby Jindal, and FBI Special Agent James Bernazzai.

Attend SIEC meeting regarding the Louisiana National Guard and Rivada Networks, Irland presentation.

Sphere Consulting Group, LLC signs afflilate agreement with Sales Force Systems, Cincinnati, OH. a sales tool to improve sales productivity for a complex sale for private and public market sectors.

Statewide Interoperable Communications System Executive Committee (SIEC) Meeting
Sphere Value Management Team (VMT) submitted an comprehensive unsolicited proposal to SIEC - Intergrating Value Managment to develop a Total Statewide Interoperability Communications Strategic Plan and System, for the effective use of Statewide stakeholders, taxpayers, and appropriation of fund, and awaiting decision

February 2007

Attend the Gulf States Regional Center for Public Safety Innovations (GSRCPI), Baton Rouge, Louisiana in which Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana public safety agencies were represented. Each state gave there update on there Interoperability plans.

Statewide Interoperable Communications System Executive Committee (SIEC) Meeting
Sphere Consulting Group, LLC Managing Principals which included Mr. Jerry Kaufman and Hank Ball of J. J. Kaufman and Associates, Inc. http://www.valuemanagement.com/ presented a Statewide Interoperability Communications Strategic Plan (SICSP) - Integrating Value Management approach power point presentation on January 24th to SIEC board members resulting in a request for an unsolicited proposal from SIEC. More details will follow the February 14th SIEC Meeting.
